"Can other people be added in the story?"

Yes everyone you can have other people in the story like sonic or someone out side the sonic world.

"Do I have to have both shadow and silver in the story?"
Sadly to make things fair it has to be a shadow and silver story but it does not mean the other people can not be apart of the mix but it must have shadow and silver.

"Storyline or script? "

Script will be better if you can.

"One entry per person?"
Yes.
