Crohn's disease, depression, surgeries I'm left with guessin,
that my life ain't deserve protection.
I'm dying so yes I'm desperate.

Nobody seems to get why I'm stressed and I'm always sick.
Their preference is to judge, I just add their names to my list.

I'm a killer, was the hero - what turned me into a villain?
they ignore me like a kid, so, I guess it took a village.

I used to work with nuclear fission, now I'm just distant.
they point the finger at me, I get the hint to go ballistic

Is this real life;
or just the nightmare I exist in?
