Crohn's disease, depression, surgeries I'm left with guessin,
that my life ain't deserve protection.
I'm dying so yes I'm desperate.

Nobody seems to get why I'm stressed and I'm always sick.
Their preference is to judge, I just add their names to my list.

I used to work with nuclear fission, now I'm just distant.

Is this real life;
or just the nightmare I exist in?
