How to Create 3 Minute Status Reports in SharePoint 2013




SharePoint 2013 is an amazingly powerful platform for project and portfolio management that can provide up-to-date, real time information to Project Managers. But what happens if you need to know the status of a project at a given point in time... from say last Friday at the team catch up. While it's great to know what's happening on the project right now, a status report give you a baseline from which to track the progress of your project.

The beauty of SharePoint is that there is so much information percolating on dashboards in the site already, all you need to do is add your color commentary to a simple form and merge that with the data already housed in project site!
