Change Requests/ Variation Requests - IPM Project Management Software

http://www.ipmglobal.net IPM Global's project management software integrates with Microsoft Outlook®, allowing you to manage all of your projects from within Microsoft Outlook®.

Change Requests/Variation Requests are an inevitable part of project management. IPM project management software lets you easily create a change request and import cost estimates to it from Microsoft Excel®. Once a change request has been updated with an estimate, the price and cost information will automatically update for you.

Add a purchase order, an RFQ, or an RFQ item. The markups will automatically be calculated as you continue to add information. If the change request will effect a subcontractor, you can add details of any SCO (subcontract change order) price request. Then send SCO emails and transmittals from inside IPM's project management software via Microsoft Outlook®.

You can also use these change requests to develop and create change orders when they arise with IPM project management software.
